FAT32 supports max 4GB data to copy into ur USB drive

i didnt know about this constraint before.

FAT32 will throw an error saying can not copy file if the file size is more than 4gb.

Quick work around. Reformat ur USB stick into NTFS format.

goto device manager, select ur USB drive from the disk drives,right click on ur drive, select properties->policies and then select optimize for performance.

Now u can format to NTFS.

becareful: do not remove ur usb stick directly in this mode.
